Mr. Hamilton has spent much of his career growing companies to fruition by developing comprehensive strategies that lead to financial profitability. As a founding principal of Province, he provides restructuring and turnaround advisory services, including C-level interim management, for distressed companies in the gaming, hospitality, media and real estate sectors. Throughout his career, Mr. Hamilton has participated in and led a myriad of portfolio workouts, capital-raising efforts and distressed asset acquisitions and liquidations. Additionally, he has extensive experience in reorganization advisory services involving pre-bankruptcy strategic alternatives and planning, financial forecasting and analysis, business plan development, creditor/leaseholder communications and negotiations, cost reduction initiatives, identifying and stabilizing core operations and the analysis of asset sales, divestitures, or shutdown.
Mr. Hamilton currently serves as the President and CEO for The Greenspun Corporation, a corporate conglomerate that has significant investment positions in print and electronic media publications, travel and tourism, real estate and gaming. Overseeing all operations of the conglomerate, Mr. Hamilton’s leadership and guidance has made a tremendous impact on the financial performance of TGC’s companies. Within his first two years as President and CEO of TGC, he increased the conglomerate’s overall asset value by approximately 300%. Furthermore, Mr. Hamilton’s authentic reputation, extensive network of local relationships and hands-on approach to problem solving helped him re-solidify The Greenspun Corporation as a prominent entity in the Las Vegas community.
In 2018, Mr. Hamilton and Province partnered with global conglomerate, Cox Communications, to form Atlanta Esports Ventures, where he currently serves as Co-Owner and CEO. Atlanta eSports Ventures owns and operates two leading eSports teams, the Atlanta Reign in the Overwatch League and the Atlanta FaZe in the Call of Duty League.
