OUR EXPERIENCE Real Estate is in our DNA.

Since the firm’s inception, Province’s principals have remained intensely focused on all aspects of the real estate market. Our professionals and their affiliates, in partnership with third parties, own and actively manage American Nevada Company, a real estate development company that assembled, designed and built over 17,000 acres of master-planned communities through the Southwest. ANC also developed and managed over 3 million square feet of commercial real estate; and designed, developed and owned several gaming casino and hotel properties throughout the Las Vegas valley.

In the gaming arena, several of Province’s specialized professionals hold suitability approvals from Nevada gaming authorities, a very arduous process necessary to own a Nevada gaming establishment.
