Mr. Moses has 25 years of diverse experience across distressed investing, restructuring, debt and equity capital markets and advisory services both in the US and Europe.  Mr. Moses has participated in an array of complex chapter 11 cases, out-out-court restructurings, liquidations, distressed financial transactions, and traditional equity investments spanning a range of industries including traditional energy, alternative energy, power, metals and mining, financial services, hospitality, gaming, media, retail, general industrials, automotive, transportation, and healthcare.

Mr. Moses’s practice is focused on reorganization advisory services for secured lenders, bondholders, and other creditor groups whether through out of court solutions, pre-packaged/prearranged Chapter 11 bankruptcies, or through the traditional Chapter 11 process.  In addition, Mr. Moses provides valuation services, Board of Director advisory services, pre-bankruptcy strategic alternatives, and planning among others.

PRIOR BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
Mr. Moses has invested in or worked on more than 100 transactions throughout his career at such prestigious firms as Lazard Freres, DLJ, Credit Suisse, Long Acre, and TPG and most recently at his investment and advisory firm Pacific Creek Capital.  He is a recognized thought leader in the distressed business including being named Institutional Investors Magazine #1 ranked distressed analyst.
