RESTRUCTURING, REORGANIZATION, C-SUITE AND CRISIS MANAGEMENT

Mr. Dachelet has extensive executive-level experience in managing both stable and distressed companies through trying economic times. Mr. Dachelet has served Province clients in numerous C-Suite roles including Chief Restructuring Officer, Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and Secretary, among others, managing billions of dollars in diversified assets through a myriad of differing challenges. Mr. Dachelet currently serves Province as a Principal and General Counsel. Additionally, Mr. Dachelet serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary for The Greenspun Corporation, a corporate conglomerate made up of more than 250 separate legal entities consisting of significant holdings in private equity, real estate, print and online media, tourism, and various nonrestricted gaming casinos. In the last five years, Mr. Dachelet has facilitated nearly $2 Billion in M&A and real estate transactions for the various Province clients served.

BANKRUPTCY & CREDITORS’ RIGHTS EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Province, Mr. Dachelet was a Director with the Phoenix-based law firm of Fennemore Craig, P.C., one of Phoenix’s oldest and most prestigious law firms, practicing in the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights group. Mr. Dachelet’s work focused on creditor’s rights litigation and restructuring efforts. Prior to leaving private practice, Mr. Dachelet was regularly recognized in Superlawyers (2008, 2009, 2011, 2012) and was named by Nevada Business Magazine to “Southern Nevada’s Top 100 Attorneys” (2010).
