Mr. Crockett has considerable experience in providing financial analysis and financial, litigation and bankruptcy consulting. He assists creditor committees, debtors, secured lenders, management, boards of directors, and fiduciaries with bankruptcy, restructuring and turnaround, financial and accounting issues, merger and acquisition due diligence, profitability enhancement, operational performance improvement, recapitalization, damages analyses and various other transactions both in-court and out-of-court.
His principal areas of practice include assisting in the financial advisory aspects of large complex bankruptcies, including working for debtors and creditors in both reorganizations and wind down scenarios. Issues commonly faced include cash collateral and cash flow projections, obtaining and negotiating DIP financing, secured creditor rights issues, recapitalization, fraudulent conveyances, solvency, plan feasibility, D&O litigation, valuation, asset liquidation, bankruptcy avoidance actions, claims disputes and other bankruptcy related matters.

Additionally, Mr. Crockett provides an array of corporate and M&A financial advisory services such as recapitalizations and due diligence and consulting services for buy-side or sell-side transactions. He is also well versed in providing cost improvement and expense reduction services for companies facing declining profitability or losses and other turnaround services in distressed and non-distressed situations.
