Mr. Robinson has nearly a decade of investment banking advisory experience working on transactions ranging from $20 million to over $1 billion. During this time, he advised clients across a range of industries including business services, consumer products & services, energy, healthcare, industrials & manufacturing, gaming & hospitality and technology. He has produced numerous valuation reports and fairness opinions throughout his career to protect clients from current or potential liability. Furthermore, Mr. Robinson has experience representing creditors’ committees of retail and food services companies.
Prior to joining Province, Mr. Robinson served as a Senior Associate at Houlihan Lokey, where he advised on M&A, capital raises and special situations. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Robinson worked for the investment bank Cappello Global, where he transacted on a large range of M&A and financing transactions across virtually every industry.
