With over 10 years of operational experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, Mr. DeLuca brings an integrated and diversified skillset to the Province team. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated the ability to navigate complex business problems through inventive practices that deliver unique and elevated solutions.
Mr. DeLuca is passionate about strengthening operational processes and holds technical expertise in Operations Management, Change Management, Process Development, Strategic Planning and Competitive Analysis. Mr. DeLuca also has extensive experience with S&OP development, portfolio and asset segmentation strategy, and organizational design.
Prior to joining Province, Mr. DeLuca owned his own business where he created learning platforms aimed at developing the next generation of leaders through refining knowledge and skillsets and forming effective habits. DeLuca also served as an Operational Manager at MARS where he focused on Leadership & Development and Process Management, notably creating strategic solutions that improved employee engagement while driving operational efficiencies.
