Mr. Dong offers extensive experience in providing financial advisory services in financial analysis, valuation, insolvency analysis, litigation support, and cash flow analysis. Since joining Province, he has advised unsecured creditors, debtors, board of directors, independent directors, and trustees across various industries, including retail, consumer products, oil & gas, healthcare, real estate, financial and aerospace. Some of the notable engagements include Revlon, Payless ShoeSource, Samson Resources Corporation, Paratus Energy Services, and Nordic Aviation Capital.
Prior to joining Province, Mr. Dong served as an analyst at a real estate private-equity firm focusing on distressed and value-add investment opportunities. At the private equity firm, his diverse transaction experience includes acquisition, recapitalization, partnership buyout, and capital raising.
