Kaile Zagger has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has held significant executive leadership positions for organizations both publicly traded and privately held, across the C Suite from CEO, COO to CCO. Adjunctly, Ms. Zagger is the Co-Founder, in conjunction with a Yale surgeon, on a breakthrough non–profit, driving early detection in the women’s gynecological oncology space.
She has deep expertise in internal operations of healthcare, commercialization and launching disruptive products that have shifted the paradigms in the space. During the course of her career, she has formulated and executed a wide range of restructurings, secured $100M of operational expense reduction, re-positioned commercialization go to markets across a wide array of care areas and has led the delivery of over $1B in revenue.
Kaile has led some of the most complex transformations, re-organizations and commercial re-positions in the healthcare space, and successfully and repeatedly, navigated organizations to their desired new state.
Her deep transformational experience, has been proven across 14 healthcare verticals and has spanned from pre-revenue challenges to post commercialization complexities.
