Mr. Strieter is a highly qualified operator, critical thinker, and decision-maker with experience in mergers and acquisitions, distressed financings, liquidations, litigation-oriented investigations, and buyside investments which have taken place both in- and out-of-court. Throughout his career, Mr. Strieter has advised companies and investors in mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
Serving as a Senior Analyst at Province, he bridges strategy with execution and supports the firm by being go-to resource in engagements where Province is engaged as advisor to boards of directors, financial advisor to debtors, official creditor committees, and litigation/liquidating trusts.
Prior to joining Province, Mr. Strieter was an intern on the high-yield and investment grade credit teams at Northwestern Mutual, where he researched and executed deals for an $8+ billion high-yield corporate bond portfolio and conducted research on Latin American sovereign and quasi-sovereign issuers for the firm’s investment grade team. Earlier, Mr. Strieter interned in the Global Investment Banking Division at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (“CIBC”) and in the asset management department of Robert W Baird & Co.
