Mr. Ralston is a seasoned commercial real estate executive with expertise in all aspects of real estate management, financing, acquisition, development, leasing, operations and dispositions. Mr. Ralston is a Director at Province where he focuses on engagements related to commercial real estate. He is also the President of American Nevada Company (ANC), a Greenspun company that specializes in the design and development of master-planned communities, commercial developments and residential properties. During his time at ANC, Mr. Ralston has initiated, negotiated and managed over $1 billion in financing transactions and also oversees operations, strategic planning, financial and risk management activities as well as management development activities.
Since it was founded in 1972, American Nevada Company has developed over 3 million square feet of office, retail, light industrial, hotel and apartment properties, including the master-planned Green Valley Corporate Center and Corporate Center South office parks in Henderson, Nevada. ANC also developed the master-planned communities of Green Valley and Green Valley Ranch and was the lead development partner of the master-planned communities of Seven Hills in Henderson and Aliante in North Las Vegas, Nevada.
Outside of the office, Mr. Ralston is a Board Member of the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, an organization that raises money for pediatric cancer research through head-shaving fundraising events – those of which he is a yearly participant in.
