Mr. Bashaw is the Vice President of Tax and Accounting at the Greenspun Corporation where he manages both the internal tax department and the family accounting office. He worked at Deloitte & Touche LLP for 9 years where he worked in the Los Angeles office, the Orange County Office, the Las Vegas Office, and the National Tax Practice in Washington D.C. While in Washington D.C., he specialized in mergers and acquisitions. Eric’s tax background includes working with various public and non-public multi-national C-corporations, partnerships, transactional work including merger & acquisition activity, and working with high net-worth individuals.
